Meet Natalie
Natalie Sahloff is a visual storyteller, marketing strategist, and founder of Sail Off Media based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
With a background in commercial photography and fine art, she specializes in social media strategy, content creation, videography, and brand storytelling for businesses looking to create a more elevated and connected online presence.
Natalie currently serves as Marketing Director and lead content strategist for the widely recognized Best of Winston platform, where she oversees social media strategy, creative direction, video production, brand partnerships, and community-driven storytelling.
Through her work, she has helped grow one of Winston-Salem’s most engaged digital platforms while spotlighting the people, businesses, and culture that make the city unique.
As a recipient of the Greater Winston-Salem Inc. Under 40 Leadership Award and former Chair of the Synergy Referral Group through the chamber of commerce, Natalie was also recognized among the Top Three Commercial Photographers in Winston-Salem.
Through Sail Off Media, Natalie helps brands build a presence that feels intentional, visually compelling, and deeply connected to the communities they serve.
